NILMDTS is an organization that offers remembrance photography to parents suffering the loss of a baby with a free gift of professional portraiture. NILMDTS offers the gift of healing, hope and honor to parents experiencing the death of a baby through the overwhelming power of remembrance portraits. Professional-level photographers volunteer their time to conduct an intimate portrait session, capturing the only moments parents spend with their babies. Parents are gifted with delicately retouched heirloom black and white portraits free of charge. These priceless images serve as an important step in the healing recovery for bereaved families. NILMDTS remembrance photography validates the existence and presence of these precious babies by honoring their legacy.

Charlie's Candle
We were gifted this candle in the early days after losing Charlie. We light it on the 14th of each month to remember our sweet girl. During the month, we also light it in remembrance of Charlie's sweet little friends in the stars. In September, we had shared the link for the candle asking anyone who could to please purchase one and light it along with us as we remember little Charlie. Seeing her light shine in all your lives helps us remember that her memory is being kept alive month after month.

My favorite "Charlie" bracelets were created by Katie at Club Ember. She's a mama-owned small business that donates a portion of her proceeds to a new charity each month. If you're looking for a bracelet of any kind, she's your girl!
"Some Babies"
"Some Babies is an inclusive children’s book about babies who join us earthside as well as the babies who don’t get to stay. The words are simple, but the meaning behind them is incredibly powerful. The poetry in the book is meant to cater to young children, but the goal is that it will touch those of any age. With a topic that is especially heavy, I hope that the words bring a sense of peace to those who are struggling with pregnancy and infant loss, and I hope it will bring empathy and understanding to those who haven’t." We've purchased copies of this book for Charlie, for our nieces and for Charlie's friends who live earthside. You have the option to purchase a book of your own or to donate a book to she will ensure that it provides comfort to a recipient of their choice, whether it be through a hospital, birthing center, or grieving family. Holly is an amazing member of the loss community that has taken me in since day one.
